Artist's description:

18 x 24 oil on stretched canvas. Framed with a natural oak, Gallery frame
I am a lover of God's creation and have view of many Redtail Hawks where I live and can easily imagine it being time for a quick meal and a method of obtaining a small minnow from a bubbling stream or creek across our countryside. A Redtail is a beautiful bird of prey, noting it's deep "robin-red" tail on its underside for identification.

Materials used:

oil on stretched cotton duck canvas
