Original, one of a kind painting in acrylics of young fledgling barn owls about to take flight. Inspiration for the painting ...I just love to paint these magnificent birds and thought it would be a challenge to paint three together...which it was in the end, though enjoyed every minute of it.

Lots of layers of thin acrylic glazes used to create the depth and color of their beautiful feathers and distinctive markings. Against the loosely painted cool background, the colors really pop in this piece. This artwork would make a stunning addition to any room.

This is a large art work measuring 30"x 24"x 1.5 painted on box canvas with plain white borders finished with a satin varnish. Does not require framing and is ready to hang. All artworks are signed by the artist and come with a signed certificate of authenticity.
