Artist's description:

The scene is very familiar to me as the park runs along side of the train station near to where I live. I walk there often with my dog who loves to chase the squirrels and go down to the stream to drink. It is especially lovely in Spring as the old growth trees leaf out. Searching for light, they bend gracefully towards the water. It is the kind of scene that you can loose yourself in as your eyes follow the path to a destination unknown. The painting is large at 40" x 30" and is in the greens and brown tones with splashes of russet reds. It is wired for hanging but sold unframed. This is a standout piece for your wall or above your fireplace.
