Artist's description:

Irises have always been one of my favorite flowers, but until I joined a local iris society about 3 years ago, I had no idea the breadth and width of varietals! I am now hooked for life. I have drawn some of my favorites and endeavor to continue doing so, to bring awareness to the stunning beauty they possess.

I was enamored with this tall bearded iris that was blooming when I visited Iris City Gardens outside of Nashville, TN in the Spring of 2015. Such a crisp, pure white, contrasted with the thinnest electric blue outlines and that fiery orange beard!
