Artist's description:

This was a contemporary take on a love that I had of Degas and his ladies at their ablutions and also the idea of a self-portrait in a private space using colour photography as a medium appealed greatly to me.

I loved bringing together the idea of an old-fashioned cameo style photo with a contemporary slightly risque theme and I have to say I do feel very proud of this particular peice of work.

It does come unframed and I recommend that it is framed ina black box frame.

Materials used:

310 Baryta Photographic Paper with encapsulated pigment inks

PRIVATE - Self-Portrait (2000)
