Original artwork description:

This painting was inspired by a winter storm experienced while staying in a small fishing village in Cornwall many years ago, and the light on the sea as the waves crashed into the harbour wall.
It's painted on canvas stretched over a wooden frame using professional artist quality acrylics, mainly shades of ultramarine, turquoise, raw and burnt umber, Mars black, grey and white, and is completed with one coat of varnish for protection; the sides have been painted white.
It's initialled in the lower right hand corner, and labelled/signed in full on the reverse. It is unframed, and there are picture hooks and cord on the back so it's ready to hang. A Certificate of Authenticity will be included.

The painting will be carefully packaged and sent tracked with a reputable carrier. Please note that the shipping costs quoted are the maximum for the package size/weight and the destination country: if there is a discrepancy between the estimated and actual postage costs I will ask Artfinder if they can reimburse the difference to the buyer.

Thank you for your interest in this painting; I would be delighted to answer any questions about it, so please get in touch if there is anything you would like to ask.

***International buyers please be aware that any import/customs duties, taxes or charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost; these are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be reimbursed later. The artist is also not responsible for any additional charges related to delays in transit or at customs
Buyers are requested to make their own enquiries regarding any such additional costs which may apply in their country.
