The Hollywood Hills have been created using a collage of magazines, flyers, newspapers and various papers collected in LA. The oil paint has then been applied over the top so you can see the text and images beneath the palm trees. the Hollywood sign has been gilded using sterling silver leaf complimenting the cotton candy pink sky.
