Artist's description:

Animals are fascinating creatures. They have developed some one-of-a-kind mechanism just to survive. This is one of the original artworks from my journey to explore these interesting and unique animals. Hope you like it!

To escape from its predators, fingernail-sized pebble toad can fold its limb under its body, tuck its head in and tense in a ball shape to free fall and roll away.

I used pastel sticks and pencils on 98lbs colored pastel paper. The artwork is sprayed with fixative for protection and can fit 5x7 or 6x9 frames. Paper can be cut into the desired/actual image size if you like.

It will be wrapped in tissue papers and mailed in a rigid cardboard envelop to ensure it stays flat and no bending. It will also be insured up to the value of the artwork.

Please feel free to ask any questions. Thank you for viewing!
