The last in a series of Pears sitting on my window ledge in Bath UK. The afternoon sun was setting and I wanted to capture the wonderful light on the Red William pears.

This painting is A3 in a simple black box frame under glass. The frame is A2 size.

I used a variety of medium to get the effect of the last light. An underpainting of acrylic paint on papers, followed by water mixable oils, pens, coloured pencils and watercolour crayons.
