Original artwork description:

This little 'Patient Hare' original drawing is 130mm x 160mm in size. He sits patiently on hand stained paper which gives him an aged appearance like an old calico toy. 'Patient Hare' has been drawn in pencil and ink. Texture and detail has then been added with the skinniest of pen nibs which creates lots of detail to look at close up. I love to experiment with abstract shape and pattern within a drawing and my imagination meanders in a happy way as I draw using words to tell a small tale within the drawing.
'Patient Hare' displays characteristics of human behaviour that we can all identify with. He could be you, me or anyone of your family or friends...He's patient, but he won't wait forever.
