Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

I had to dig deep to bring this “historic” painting to light. This is the first painting completed in 2001 after a hiatus of over forty years without picking up my oils. It is a small 8x10 format and depicts the “Point” where North and East Lewis Rivers converge before moving on to the Columbia River in the State of Washington. Painted in oils in pastel shades that were indicative of the spring colors that were in evidence at this time. A brass title plate is affixed denoting the name of the painting and artist. This painting is delivered in a platinum gold frame and is ready to hang. Free shipping within continental United States.
