This is a candid street photograph of a passing public transit double-decker bus in an unknown part of London, England, United Kingdom. I decided to attempt to capture this image as I noticed riders on the bus were looking at me holding my camera. I captured only this single frame as the bus passed. The eyes on the side of the bus were advertising a new optical store, which, as indicated on the sign, was "opening soon." The variety of facial expressions on the bus riders has been the most frequently noted aspect of this image. This photograph is part of my "Restricted Attention" series.
This photograph was created from a Kodak Tri-X negative scanned with a Nikon Super Coolscan 8000 and processed via Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop before being printed as a giclee on archival 100% cotton rag fine art paper.
