The original white version of my classic ‘The One That Got Away’ design where the butterflies radiate out from the center of the frame in a circular pattern, which has order and symmetry only broken by one single escaping & precious 24crt gold leaf butterfly.

I adore the monochromatic simplicity of the white on white design. I love that it has an initial abstract, modern feel and reveals the butterfly design on closer inspection. The 3-dimensional aspect creates beautiful shadows which give the artwork a life of its own and changes throughout the day in changing light situations.

This new edition comes in an upgraded beautiful hand built solid white painted wood box frame with glass or museum grade plexiglass front.

I hand make every piece to order so sometimes it might take a bit longer. Expect 2 weeks but if you have a specific deadline in mind please let me know as I will always satisfy this if possible and I will of course be very clear regarding timescales with my communications.

All pieces come wrapped with a personal message and certificate of authenticity.
