Sadly, these iconic London Routemaster buses are no longer in service, so I'm glad I took the time out to capture this one crossing Westminster Bridge with Big Ben towering majestically in the background.
I also like the fact that the cloudy sky gives the picture a certain moodiness; and let's face it, this is the sort of weather you're more likely to see in England than a clear, sunny day. And I think turning it into a sepia print gives it a more old-fashioned look. It was taken in 2004, but at first glance you could be forgiven for thinking it was 50 years ago.
