Dane John gardens are in the Centre of Canterbury the stunning tree lined avenue in autumn looks amazing .
I was inspired to paint this after strolling through the avenue in October the sun just broke through the trees after a heavy down pour. I have tried to capture the contrast of the turning leaves against the light.
