This semi abstract oil painting has a very immediate feel to the surface texture - painted with brush and palette knife leaving the drip marks from the underpainting. There are so many beautiful views in Northumberland, and this one is a particularly recognisable one which conjures strong feelings in those Who are familiar with it.
It comes unframed and signed on the back. It can be mounted or framed in variety of ways to your taste or hung as in the photos.
I am an eclectic artist and paint any subject or style that takes my fancy.
