Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

The view from the top of the Preseli Hills looking out across the Gwaun Valley to Carningli (450 million year old ancient volcano made of a blue-grey rock called dolerite) and the Irish Sea beyond.

Mainly wet in wet with minimal colour mixing and minimal brush to paper contact. Watercolour is like a game of chess with moves planned many moves in advance.

Number 19 in this series.

Materials used:

W&N Pro Paints, 2B Pencil, Hahnemuhle Cezanne 300gsm Rough Cotton Rag.
