Tiffany herself was the inspiration for this small painting. She was a thoughtful cat and looked often like she would be thinking a lot and in a human way (sort of :-)). She was the most unique, friendly and gently cat I've ever known. I hope that the painting shows my love to her, and that I will stay in love with her forever. She passed away many, many years ago, and now her painting is free for adoption. I've painted this picture in Kentucky (2008); presently it is time to let her go. Maybe, as I did in the past, somebody else will fall in love with her; however, Tiffany will always stay as the Most Lovable Cat in my heart and in my memory.
This is a miniature painting, and its actual size may be much smaller than this one you see on your screen. I've coated the sturdy Strathmore Bristol board with thick (artist grade) acrylic paint.
The painting is double mounted and framed and its framed size is 20 x 15 x 3.5 cm. The colour of the frame is glossy silver with satin finish. The frame of the painting allows it to stand on its own or to be hanged on the wall (see the photo of the backside of the frame), and there is no glass in front of the painting. A glass-front is not needed because the painting is very well (three times) varnished.
My certificate of authenticity will be included.
