Original artwork description:

One of my favorite places to travel by car is the Eastern Sierra Mountain range. It extends north from the mountains to the deserts of California. The mountains are the tallest in the lower United United States which brought this vision to me. Elevations towering above the desert below made me feel somewhat small and insignificant as well as energized. I captured the awesome magnificent view and applied bold brush strokes to capture the energy with feeling.
