A small study of a Scottish 1 1/2 story croft house and small tin red roof extensions or outbuildings, under a dramatic dark moonlight sky.
Although this a fictional image it is based on the small stone and slate roofed whitewashed croft houses of the west coast Scottish highlands and islands, often with colourful window surrounds and doors contrasting with the often bleak surrounding moorlands and ever changing dramatic skies.
Painted with a dramatic dark sky with a bright full moon using a unique textural technique that allows the underlying colours of red and goldto show through the texture.

Painted using quality artists acrylics on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a gloss varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.

Comes with certificate of authenticity
