The moon, being an opague ball of opal glass, is hidden in a bigger tree of Sterling silver, like in a nest. The assemblies of leaves chased and punched in repoussé technique from fine silver, rivetted to the branches. Precast and chased into its present shape and sound, this compact bell has a clustered medium-dark sound with some curious overtones. Pendant made in special palladium alloy, nickel free, with hammer from 950 silver. Bail made of a very stable palladium-gold-copper-silver alloy with a green lustre, end forged. Except the bail, all silver is rhodium plated.
Signed and hallmarked inside the bell.
