  Artist's description:

  "Miss Betty's Aunt Hilda" is an original mixed media painting. It includes watercolor, acrylic, pencil. The painting measures 12" X 12". It is on 140lb archival French smooth watercolor paper. Signed on the front and signed and titled on the back. Finished with many coats of archival UV matte varnish for extra protection.
  
  My current abstract work is an inner reflection of my own battle with cancer and the realization that life is just too short. I paint what makes me happy. I hope the work will be a reminder to not live life on auto pilot...seize the day, have fun and enjoy every moment that we are given. I hope it makes you smile.
