Artist's description:

The painting is based on a public domain photo of the Edwardian actress Norah Kerin. Some unofficial reviews: "Whimsical, Strange, What were you smoking?" The main part of the picture is a 5"x7" canvas panel and it overflows on to a primed wooden frame. The flowers in her hair are made of a thick impasto. Decorative roses on top bring the paintings height to 12"

Materials used:

Canvas Board mounted in a primed wooden picture frame.
