This image is part of a series of abstract artworks. My intention is to explore shape, colour, and movement of organic forms in context by manipulating and layering copper plates. I use a sense of place in nature to inspire me.
The method used - etching on multiple copper plates using sugar lift aquatint technique.
Materials used:
oil based printing ink and Somerset Satin paper.
