Artist's description:

This illustration is inspired by my imagination & forms part of an ongoing animated project I am working on.
'Maiden Hair' is a giant character that sways like a tall tree, while strolling through the clouds and upper atmosphere. Her body is covered with hair which acts as a cloak. We never see her face, but the back of her head, of which her hair is styled to resemble a bearded mans face. She disturbs the upper atmosphere which annoys the Sirens who live there. The 'Cat-Head' buzzes around her feet, collecting fallen hair to fluff up his bushy head and tail. Check out the paintings 'Satyr Focal Point' & 'Eyes in the Sky' which is related to this event.
