I have always loved Magnolias, recently whilst working on a large commission which features a Magnolia tree I have become even more fascinated by them. I find myself searching them out studying the way they grow and their movement. In Abstract Magnolia I have tried to capture the spirit of the Magnolia it is my homage to this beautiful flower. The work is mixed media on paper with texture and movement.
This is one in a series of works produced on acrylic paper; therefore the work will need to be framed buy the buyer.
Acrylic paintings on paper significantly reduce the costs of production and can be offered at a more competitive price than works on canvas. In addition the buyer benefits as these works on paper greatly reduce shipping costs.
The paintings are created with a palette knife, acrylic paints and other acrylic mediums on superior quality natural fibre paper size multi size A3- 29.7 x 42.0cm 11.69 x 16.53 inches.
Where the work is shown in a frame this is purely for illustration the buyer can purchase a frame and mount of their own choice to compliment the work.
The paintings will be carefully packed in cardboard and bubble wrap and shipped to you with a certificate of authenticity
