"Lúthien" belongs to my Elf & Fairy Collection created during 2020/21. I usually create an image in my head of what I want to tell you about in my oil paintings on canvas. Then I reinforce the feeling by listening to different types of music but mostly music inspired by mantra, meditation, relaxation and nature. Then I enter a zone where I lose time and space. This time Lúthien come to my mind which is the name of this young elf. She belongs to the Noldor people who are known to be very wise. Luthien is derived from the language Elfic and means the son or daughter of the twilight.

In a way, the elves are a part of me but at the same time, they become my friends during creation. The elves stand for all the good things in life like friendship, wisdom, love, compassion, playfulness and a caring attitude towards all living expressions.

BUBBLE WRAP: This protective packaging offers shock-absorbing and tear-resistant protection for safe transport. Using this in two rounds for the best protection.

CARDBOARD SHEETS: (Placed as an extra protective cover around the painting inside the box.
