Artist's description:

I love drawing with charcoal because of the intensity of the marks I can make. I did this drawing from a bench in the Lower Leas Coastal Park in Folkestone. It was a warm day and the sea was calm in the distance. It is a portrait of two trees and also a landscape. Drawing is a way of slowing down time, taking time to focus and being present in a place.

The piece is in a medium grey, matt aluminium frame with normal glass to protect the charcoal from accidental rubbing. I can change the glass to scratchproof plexiglass on request and also the frame colour. Please contact me for details.

Comes with a certificate of authenticity.
