A glass teapot filled with lotus tea.
I enjoyed this lotus tea, shared with my daughter, at the Nan Tien Buddhist temple in Wollongong, New South Wales.
We visit and stay at the temple at least once a year. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place. The grounds feature a magnificent lotus lake where you can sit by the water's edge and watch the koi fish and ducks enjoying life.
Wonderful vegetarian food and many varieties of tea are served at the temple.
