Artist's description:

Made in 2004 I have always kept this piece as it represents a "key-work". A turn in the body of work that is important. Despite the title I stept out of my comfort zone here.

What direction you take? What choices you make? Is one comfortable in ones comfort zone?

Beeswax with pigments on panel. The addition of carnaube wax gives it a soft shine. The structure is hard to photograph, but I will sent additional pictures on request.

Materials used:

beeswax, pigments, damar, carnaube
