Artist's description:

This shot came through an unusual opportunity to get inside a building that is not normally open to the public. I had to be escorted by a state trooper to get it. The reason I call it a Spider Web of Men is because it is a government building and it looks like a man made spider web. Maybe I should have called it "irony"!
