Artist's description:

Sitting across from the man I thought I would know forever, I listened, every sentence becoming a painting in my head. “Look what you’ve pulled out of me”, he said. What did this Scorpio mean? My ambiguity was reflected in his scorpion talons. The scorpion has no mercy and the venom of his heartlessness struck me.

This is a self portrait watercolor with real gold paint and acrylic wash.

Materials used:

Watercolor and acrylic on paper
