Die Serie: Ältere Menschen entstand dank der Situation meiner pflegebedürftigen
Eltern. Im Seniorenheim konnte ich oftmals beobachten, wie die Menschen innerhalb der Gemeinschaft trotzdem oftmals sehr isoliert sind. Teils aufgrund körperlicher Einschränkungen, wie zunehmende Taubheit, schlechtes Sehen, teils auch wegen fehlender Bereitschaft sich einem fremden Menschen zu öffnen.
Series: Older people
The series: Older people was created thanks to the situation of my care-dependent
parents. In the retirement home I could often observe how people within the community are nevertheless often very isolated. Partly because of physical limitations, such as increasing deafness, poor vision, partly because of a lack of willingness to open up to a stranger.
