A larger format than the last set at half sheet panoramic size 30" x 11". I get a bit excited about certain subjects and attempt many versions of the same scene, so... more from the London Skyline. I wanted a change from pure watercolour so went back to the ink and bamboo pen I used years ago when travelling. I have rearranged the skyline to suit my composition, so Londoners, if it looks odd, that's why. London looks best when it has a dark sky above, and a stripe of bright backlight behind it. Sepia ink, hand-carved bamboo pen and watercolour washes.
This unframed watercolour, painted in my studio, is signed on the front. Your painting will arrive wrapped in protective paper and rolled in a tough postal tube.
