Artist's description:

Lille is an abandoned mining town in the Crowsnest Pass in Alberta. Although it only existed for 11 years in the early 20th century, my wife's grandfather was born there. My wife and I cycled up the mountain from Frank's Slide to get there. At this point, just below the townsite, we carried our bikes across a mountain stream with a beautiful waterfall.
