Artist's description:

Lille is an abandoned mining town in the Crowsnest Pass in Alberta. Although it only existed for 11 years in the early 20th century, my wife's grandfather was born there. My wife and I cycled up the mountain from Frank's Slide to get to where the town used to be. Very little is left of the town, but there is this foundation of what used to be the hotel.
