This little intaglio print combines etching, open bite, and aquatint. It is assembled in two parts onto Stonehenge paper. It is printed in umber ink and was pulled on a small etching press in my kitchen.
This is a very earthy print, and if you look closely you'll see a skull at the top, with light appearing to come from the mouth... what does it mean?
This is number six of an edition of twelve, with one artist proof.
