Artist's description:

A paper cut print, inspired by the collection of chessmen found in the Isle of Lewis and now in the British Museum. They were made in Scandinavia in about 1200 and were discovered in the 1830s. No one knows who owned them, who made them, or how they came to Lewis.

This print can be framed in a standard 30 x 40 cm frame, widely available in high street framers, John Lewis, Ikea etc;
