Acrylic on canvas board.
Les Sables d'Olonne, a seaside resort in Western France.
Strolling along the seafront and breathing fresh air from the sea gives me plenty of creative inspiration at the end of a busy day. The sea shore has always fascinated me, because there aren't two days alike. The sky, the clouds and the waves and the beaches are in constant change. Living on the coast has taught me to memorize moods and colours to capture a precious moment before it's gone. This painting shows the bay with its sand beach and black rocks at low tide.
This painting comes with D-rings attached on the reverse and is ready-to-hang. It looks awesome without any frame, but as the panel is very thin it can be framed easily if desired.
