Artist's description:

IN 1857, THE FRENCH POET CHARLES BAUDELAIRE PUBLISHED "LES FLEURS DU MAL - THE FLOWERS OF EVIL".
IT WAS IMPORTANT IN THE SYMBOLIST AND MODERNIST MOVEMENTS. THE POEMS DEAL WITH THEMES RELATING TO DECADENCE AND EROTICISM.
ABANDONING THE TRADITIONAL IMAGE OF THE FLOWERS, I CREATED A BLACK AND DECADENT ATMOSPHERE, ACCORDING TO THE POEMS OF BAUDELAIRE.
I LOVE THE PAPER FORMAT ON WHICH PHOTOS ARE PRINTED. THIS FORMAT ALLOWS A CLOSER RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PHOTOS, CREATING IN ANY SITE AN INTIMATE AND PERSONAL ENVIRONMENT, WELL DIFFERENT FROM OTHER FORMATS. IN ANY PLACE OF HOME, EMPLOYMENT OR OTHER PLACE, THE PHOTOS ACCOMPANY ME, AVAILABLE FOR A LOOK AND A DIALOGUE WITH THEM. WITH THESE PICTURES I'M NEVER ALONE. THE PAPER, EPSON COLD PRESS NATURAL 325 GRS/M2, IN WHICH PHOTOS ARE PRINTED, IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES. DESIGNED FOR MUSEUM QUALITY PHOTOGRAPHIC AND FINE ART WORK, IT IS MANUFACTURED FROM 100% COTTON THAT IS ACID, LIGNIN AND CHLORINE FREE WITH PH BUFERING FOR SUPERB DURABILITY AND PRINT STABILITY. IT HAS A NATURAL WHITE SURFACE THAT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY OPTICAL BRIGHTNERS AND DELIVERS BEAUTIFUL TONAL TRANSITIONS.
ENJOY!
