Original artwork description:

JL Lacroix likes to express his dreams beyond our superficial reality. "L'Envie" describes these enigmatic illusory women who materialise in a bluish aura. They symbolize the virginal purity of a soul wandering in an inhospitable environment. The expression on their faces will never be revealed. Only the posture of their long, slender silhouettes can reveal the nature of their emotions. Humanized candles, they progress with a proud pace, each one standing out by their lust in a strange isolation.
Acrylic painting, 80 x 80 cm, cardboard glued on wood.
