This seascape was painted at Whitley Bay looking up towards Blyth painted on the first really hot day in June 2018. My legs got sunburnt it was so hot and there was a really strong breeze which made it feel cooler than it was. I was getting back into painting and practising for the Sky Arts Landscape artist competition 2018.
