Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

I remember the Sex Pistols from when I first moved to London in 1979. They had disbanded after the death of Sid Vicious. John Lydon formed his new group Public Image Limited whilst Paul Cook and Steve Jones formed The Professionals with a guitarist I knew Ray McVeigh.

I was drummer in the band Red Beat.

I hope to have captured some of his indomitable spirit. A very important artist singer songwriter John Lydon, some say the God Father of Punk Rock.

I felt compelled to commit him to memory with paper and paint.

Materials used:

W&N Pro, Bockingford Archival 300gsm, Charcoal Pencil, Watercolour Pencil.
