‘Jacob’s Ladder’ is a unique artwork of an imagined space where internal and external spaces become confused. Using perspective techniques two trees are visualised growing from the top of a staircase in front of a large window frame looking out at the sky beyond. The piece is part of a body of work that reflects my growing interest in landscape architecture and spaces.
This unusual and brightly coloured artwork has been framed sensitively with a white mount and a white painted wooden surround.
