Artist's description:

An original, unique acrylic painting on primed board, matt varnished, expressing the tonal sensibility of the artist and keen sense of observation. The light fights its way through the dark clouds looking to the Isle of May, a national nature reserve, home to razorbills, guillemots, puffins, shags, cormorants, terns and fluffy grey seal pups in winter; looking from a favourite beach on the Firth of Forth, in the east of Scotland.
Inspired by sketches and photosketches of the East Lothian coast with its changeable weather and beautiful islands and beaches. This painting in the 2013-15 series will give the Artfinder collector as much pleasure as Fraser had in creating this artwork.
