Artist's description:

Abstract relief painting with paper using the technique called by myself: "solid dripping".
A technique that takes inspiration from Jackson Pollock "dripping"...

I use that kind of technique in order to express my interior landscape.
In this case I was a bit sad, uncomfortable, dreamer and full of hope but confused.
For this reason I used the combination of black over a fluorescent pink with the craquelé painting technique.
I used craquelé in combination with a relief surface in order to increase the sense of drama and give depth to the artwork.

Materials used:

Plaster, paper and acrylic paint

Interior Landscape I (2010)
