After working in monochrome for a period of time, I realised that I was missing colour! I always start this process with drawing onto paper blindfolded – this allows whatever is in my mind at the time to be revealed on to the page, this allows for a much more spontaneous process. I then cut holes into the page using a variety of methods whilst also cutting and adding layers to create unique shapes and textures.
