In my art street is a symbolic place of transit, of passage, of thoughts, of dreams, of illusions, of ears, of loneliness, in suspension towards our mysteries. In particulary in this artwork I play with the geometries and prospectives in a hypothetical journey that is leaving towards a seemingly fixed direction.
This artwork “In the Biginning” was shortlisted in the top 20 images winners for Life Framer Photography Prize "Open Call" 2016.
Critic statemen from the jury of Life Framer:
“This is a wonderfully crafted example of reduction – a perfectly composed scene distilled down to its core elements, its simple minimal geometry, its essence. The road stretches into the black abyss, inviting us forward in the frame, leaving no other choice to us. Superb”.
