The Anglo-Saxon “Treow” means both ‘Tree’, and ‘Truth’.
Inspired by the folk tale of king midas and the ass’s ears, this is one of a series of twelve etchings that imagine the trees listening to, and mirroring our thoughts, whispering back to us with their leaves in the wind.
Each etching comes stamp embossed and numbered, signed on front.
*This work was created to mirror "If You're Wrong, Say Sorry"*
