Original artwork description:

THis was a vintage photo with a man with a faded background, I couldn't even make out what it once was. So he became Hugh. Hugh is a resident of Nebrahoma and he lost a leg in the Great Pie War (Pie is the only thing worth going to battle over). He loved cats so much he had a prosthetic leg made like a cat's paw. Then he decided to give all 3-legged cats a safe furever home. Hugh is a good person.

The entire piece is sealed under several layers of clear varnish.
